  • A Single Tour is a shared tour where individual travelers can join the same scheduled tour together. This means you may be touring with other participants who have booked the same experience.

    A Private Tour, on the other hand, is only for you and your group. The guide will conduct the tour exclusively for your group, and no other participants will be able to join. This option offers a more personalized experience and greater flexibility.

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or through one of our authorized partners.

  • Yes, but minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We do not take responsibility for supervising minors during the tour.

  • Late arrivals may not be eligible for refunds. We recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Any damage caused to our property, vehicles, boats, or third-party property due to user negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.

  • Yes. We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
