By booking or participating in our guided walking city tours or excursions using various modes of transport, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide guided walking city tours and excursions outside the city, which may include transport by car, boat, or other means. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
3.2. Payment must be completed as per the payment terms specified at the time of booking.
3.3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.4. Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.
4. Rights and Responsibilities (Organizer)
4.1. The guide reserves the right to refuse service to any customer based on the guide’s judgment if the individual appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of substances, or behaving in a manner that may pose a safety or security risk to themselves or others.
4.2. We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4.3. We may use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Participation in the tour implies consent unless the user explicitly informs the guide, either verbally or in writing, that they do not wish to be included.
4.4. We are responsible for providing a safe and professional tour experience, including appropriate safety measures.
4.5. We will communicate any significant changes or cancellations to participants in a timely manner.
5. Rights and Responsibilities (User)
5.1. Users must ensure they are in adequate physical condition for the tour. If they have medical conditions that may affect their participation, they should inform the company beforehand.
5.2. If minors (under 18) are participating, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The company does not take responsibility for their supervision.
5.3. Users must not be visibly intoxicated, under the influence of substances, or behave in a manner that poses a safety or security risk to other participants.
5.4. Users must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
5.5. Users must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides and transport operators.
5.6. Any damages caused to our property, vehicles, boats, or third-party property due to user negligence will be the responsibility of the user.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Cancellations and refunds will be handled according to the booking rate chosen and the cancellation conditions associated with that rate.
6.2. No-shows and late arrivals may not be eligible for refunds.
6.3. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided to the customer.
7. Liability
7.1. We do not provide travel, medical, or personal liability insurance. Users are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage.
7.2. We do not take responsibility for users’ personal belongings, including losses, thefts, or damages incurred during the tour.
7.3. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the use of our services unless due to gross negligence on our part.
7.4. Users participate at their own risk and must ensure they are physically fit for walking tours and excursions.
7.5. Certain tours may involve water-based activities or boat transport, which carry inherent risks such as sea conditions and weather changes. Users acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own discretion. In cases where these services are provided by a third party, Horarium Excolo OÜ is not liable for any damages caused by that third party. We clearly state if a service is provided by a third party at the time of booking.
7.6. Users are responsible for their own belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
